A Traditional Kölsch Service includes drinking our Kold Kölsch in a class stange glass. While you relax, our bartenders come to you and your tab is recorded directly onto your coaster

A stange is the tall and thin glasses that are used to serve Kölsch. They are typically 6.5oz in size

A crown or wreath shaped tray full of stangen that a server carries around while looking for glasses to replace

A Deckel is the coaster that you use to keep track of the number of stangen of Kölsch you have drank during the service.
